Torque / Tension Bolting
In all kinds of mechanical structures connected by bolts/stud, it is important to perform tightening keeping the force applied controlled at required project value; this way only ensures the correct mechanical stress inside bolts and so that the mechanical characteristics of the whole structure will be optimal. Moreover, when bolts are fastened with high forces, proper equipment is necessary to perform their loosening. Several devices can be used to achieve correct bolting: hydraulic torque wrenches (with square drive, or low clearance profile), hydraulic tensioners, pneumatic multiplier and battery powered multipliers.
