Valve Pocket Repair

This service pack is aimed to any End User, overhaul Service Provider, or OEM of steam turbines which needs to repair control valves inside steam chest on upper casing. Pack provides various main activities, including:

old valve seat removal, using liquid nitrogen and mechanical pushing

pocket re-machining for polishing or reprofiling

new valve seats and plug assembly

any kind of modification required from Turbine Engineering Dpt.
